Role Overview: As a Project Manager you are responsible for driving the connected Stakeholder agenda, bringing the best capabilities for improving stakeholder experience and building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships. We are looking for someone with strong work ethic to join a dynamic and fast growing division, and who will play a key role in delivering firm critical projects.Role description: - Lead stakeholder engagements and work streams related to the specific program or portfolio inconjunction with the CMT values and principles - Provide oversight of highly skilled project resources and project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables. -Apply well developed consulting skills and in-depth industry and functional knowledge in the execution ofassignments - Work with global stakeholders to build project pipeline and business case, setup project governance mechanisms, lead BA teams, own project success and deliver projects to implementation - Assist our stakeholder Businesses with their tactical/ strategic solution requirements, services and/ orprogram. - Work with Technology, Operations, Finance, and Front Office to identify and maximize opportunities that help in delivery of projects and to improve product, service and program business processes. - Work with the team and train people on various subjects, structure the project governance model andwork together with regional counterparts to devise induction framework for all the resources entering intothe project. - Prepare project reports (weekly project update, monthly status update, highlighting risks, resource utilization, analyses trends, recommends adjustments that address or capitalize on these changes.) - Manage end to end project Delivery (Ensure proper documentation, constantly identify, review andaddress risks & issues, manage user acceptance testing and obtain UAT sign-off, formal Projectclosure, handover and lessons learnt)
